The /CFIDE/ Directory exists and the file graphdata.cfm is in it. If I got to mysite.com/CFIDE/graphdata.cfm I get a 404. If I got to mysite.com/cfide/graphdata.cfm I get the page but it doesn't do anything. The only difference there is that the second example uses a lowercase CFIDE.
