Well, I haven't seen your specific solution running so I can't comment directly, but in general I find a well-designed multi-page Flash forms app to have a nicer 'feel' to it than any HTML solution, especially in the area of going back and forward in the form, changing data before finally submitting it. Also, what about browsers that don't support your layered approach? (but do support Flash).
