One big factor may be the Java deployment features in Jrun...I'd take a look
at the Jrun Admin console and see if you can live without it...Also Charlie

Another factor to keep in mind is that it seems CFMX updaters rollout faster
for standard cfmx as opposed to its J2EE counterpart.
