I should have been more clear... They had configured the CFMX Administrator to delete inactive records after 3 days. When we looked at the CDATA and CGLOBAL tables there were records going back to June of 2001!
The site is an extranet site, not a public web server... and no, they're not THAT busy. ;-) Nothing was being deleted... and nothing ever had been deleted from those tables.
