You could have the tabs, when clicked load their own content into their
own
iframe that becomes visible. then you just have the button (tab) run
some
type of form validation function before displaying the next tab.

does this make sense?

this entails the use of javascript, but it will work nicely I believe.

Subject: Tabbed Interface in CF

Hi,

Does anyone know of any examples or a tutorial that explains how to
create
and manage a tabbed interface in CF. I am trying to make an entry
(users
request) that is comprised of 5 tabs. I have been able to make the
graphics
for the tabs, but I cannot get the logic correct. I need to make sure
each
tab is filled out in sequence before the next tab (ie, so tab 2 cannot
be
filled out until tab 1 and 5 cannot be until 1-4). I am having
problems
figuring this out. I have looked on the web and most of the examples
just
show how to display data but do not deal with entering data at all.

I was search for a CF example but I was unable to find anything.

If anyone know of any code or examples around, please let me know.

Thanks

Mario
