The only other thing I would have to add to this is that you should really read 
through the documentation for MX, if you decide to go that route. Reason being is 
because some of the pre-MX tags and functions are deprecated. And in some instances, 
tags and/or functions, pre-MX, may work differently in MX. If you do decide to go to 
MX, read the "Migrating ColdFusion 5 Applications" booklet that comes with MX. I know 
you're not using 5 yet, but the same rules should apply.

The way I see it, given the reported strength of RedSky, as long as you're upgrading, 
and the monetary cost is the same in either event, you may as well go to the most 
current version.  Older stuff may work fine, but if you're going to suffer thru an 
upgrade (and that time taken is also money), may as well suffer to get the latest and 
best... and Redsky is looking to be both.

I don't believe you can directly update from 4.0 to 6.1.  You may want to upgrade to 
4.5 and then let the installer upgrade *that*.
