Take a look at the 6.1 installer. If you select the J2EE option there is no mention of a JRun installer. ;)
Ben said with the upgrade that standalone users can now re-deploy on J2EE for free...but you still need a J2EE server. Whether that be JRun or Weblogic, it's a separate expense.
