For a web hosting company, the licensing model may make sense, perhaps even
from a financial standpoint.  I'm talking about how it affects small hosts and
developers doing hosting.  Those with no MS certified professionals on staff,
and no desire to be branded a Microsoft Certified Partner (with or without the
cute logo).
