It'll be hard, but I think I can live with that. ;^) However my point is that this isn't a matter of "prettifying" but in conveying meaning better. HTML email may not be the best to do that, but it is a very good option. I'm not sure what email client you're using - but most of them are HTML capable now. MS bashing is just getting so clichéd lately it's barely worth responding to any longer.
