There actually is no mapping to *.htm files in IIS ???  Every other
extension exists in the IIS Web Sites properties.  Is the *.htm extension
supposed to show up?

Thanks for your help,

What is *.htm mapped to in IIS? I'm not in front of a Win2k3 machine
but I remember there being a wildcard mapping that CF used as well. It
sounds like to me that the CF mappings are still hanging around.

Make sure you backup the IIS metabase xml file...
