You could look into VoiceXML services as well, you can place outgoing
calls from VoiceXML templates/commands that are generated by CF. That
would open up the ability to interface your application from the phone
as well so the drivers could check in, check messages, etc.
It's a more costly alternative, but would give you many new features to
add in to your application.
