And GAWDDAMMIT!

Turns out Norton Internet Security completely removes from HTML ANY images
with dimensions commonly used by banner ads.  No trace, no comment in the
code, no nuthin'.  It doesn't have to be from a banner ad company or
anything - if it's got those dimensions it's gone.

What a piece of sh*t. but I guess I did buy it.

Something to remember I guess.

Thanks for the help.

Subject: Anybody up to test something REALLY weird?

If I put the following line in a CFM file on a CFMX 6.1 server:

<img
src=""> ightBoston_120x600_1.jpg" width="120" height="600" alt="Visit First Night
Boston 2004" border="0">

It outputs NOTHING to the HTML - no empty tag, no nuthin'.

But if I put in the next line (no height and width tags) it works fine:

<img
src=""> ightBoston_120x600_1.jpg" alt="Visit First Night Boston 2004" border="0">

I've tested this on three servers so far - all the same.

This is driving me crazy.
