That has been available for quite some time - since Pocket PC 2000, I
believe. It can also run ASP! I've run it on my Pocket PCs for a while, just
for kicks.

However, it only supports one or two concurrent requests, and I wasn't able
to connect it to a database (SQL Server CE) through ASP (although admittedly
I didn't try very hard). It's really intended for custom Windows CE devices
that need web administration interfaces.
