This is correct. TortoiseCVS integrates with the windows shell. To access
Tortoise's functionality, try right-clicking on folders in the resource tab.
That should give you pretty much full access to Tortoise from within the HS
interface.

Hmm, AFAIK Tortoise CVS only integrates with the Windows shell, not via
the SCC API that's compatible with Visual Studio.
If you want integration with HomeSite, then you'll need the Igloo CVS
plugin that you can find here:

Alternatively switch over to CFEclipse with Eclipse's built-in CVS
support ;)
