I used the web path for my mapping,
<resource-path>/tasktracker</resource-path>
<system-path>C:/projects/tasktracker.jedi.com/wwwroot</system-path>
and when I hit ..../tasktracker/tasktrackerproxy.cfc?WSDL, I now get:
