Yeh but I think that this is purely NT settings. What about UNIX. If you
go into the CF administrator as Howie suggested all you see are 2 check
boxes - "Exclusive" and "Fetch Data in Background"

OK I think the one that says "deleted" is the one that Howie was referring
to, this should have the same effect as issuing a SET DELETED ON command if
you check it... or is that if you uncheck it... whatever's the opposite of
what you've got it set to!

Nope....the only thing it says is in the driver 'panel' when setting up the
ODBC DSN there are three tick boxes. One that says deleted, one that says
Null, and the other that says fetch data in background (this is using NT -
I'm not sure what it is like on UNIX) and I have no idea what the refer to.

Does the ODBC driver let you say SET DELETED ON? This is the command to make
the deleted records invisible even if not PACKed.
