I haven't done much with flash. You could try using wine again or
check out Sepy - http://www.sephiroth.it/python/sepy.php - pretty cool
actionscript editor I hear works on macosx so it may work on linux
too.  This might help as well http://www.debreuil.com/flush/. You're
probably going to have a harder  time finding open source linux
friendly tools for flash then for cfml.
