Why not use CF, make a template that you can load then change certain
default tags, for example you could put <_UserTitle_> and then replace this
with the information and then store the file in the location needed.

Does anyone know of an application to develop small websites with out having
to use HTML? A site visitor could register, and a mini-site is created that
they can then login to an admin area to update content.
