Yes it can be done with Cold Fusion (assuning that the server is running
cold fusion).

Does anyone know of an application to develop small websites with out having
to use HTML? A site visitor could register, and a mini-site is created that
they can then login to an admin area to update content.
I know these exist for a price, but I am looking for one that I can pick up
