Wow, not sure on all the specifics but I do remember Agriculture and Human Resource in particular were mega-CF'ers. You can ask Stephane LeSieur ( [EMAIL PROTECTED] ), he's account manager in Eastern Canada. *He* can hook you up with the *other* account manager whom I spoke to at MAX who originally told me all this. (and forgot his name ;)
As for the rovers...I think they were looking at CF and Flex for reporting solution on all the gajillions of data they've recorded.
