IE doesn't particularly surprise me -- I'd be willing to bet that it's interpretation of URL's is updated from Windows Update (core windows feature) even when the version of IE is older (IE being only the display portion which references the OS for its network connectivity as I understand it). And of course the others are more recent... It does remind me that I shouldn't always assume that what I'd seen before is still true.
