The files in the Firefox cache do not retain their original name 
so that won't work. What you ned to do is type about:cache in the 
address bar and take it from there.


What I would do is write a small Greasemonkey plugin that shows a 
list of frames so you can easily open a frame in a new tab and 
view its source.
