My team uses CVS to develop on Windows workstations for CF on Linux.

Using SAMBA we mount two shares on the development server, the first is the
share that contains the CVS repository and the second contains our
development files.

Using WinCVS (www.wincvs.org - the latest beta seems pretty stable) we just
go to the mapped drive of the development files and check in the things
we've changed. We haven't encountered any significant problems.

WinCVS uses your windows login username as the name it stores with the CVS
changes - so you'll need to have client for Microsoft Networks (or some
login client) setup.

God Bless,

Camden
