Well we won't be doing much administering beyond the initial setup.  I am
looking more in terms of stability, performance, security and features.

I would say IIS because I'm more familiar with Windows UI and such.
People will swear IIS stinks and Apache rules, but for sheer usability
purposes, unless you've done a lot of work in Apache, I'd say IIS is
easier to administer.
