Unless you've had this problem before. =)  It very likely has NOTHING to 
do with coldfusion.... here's a bit from my httpd.conf:

# UseCanonicalName: Determines how Apache constructs self-referencing

# When set "Off", Apache will use the Hostname and Port supplied

UseCanonicalName Off


In other words, you might want to check that config value.
