If you do a search on google or wherever, are you pages being indexed with the CFID and TOKEN in the URL ?
If so, when someone searches and follows the link they will then be granted access to the same CFID/CFTOKEN combination. As they are valid, CF won't kick up a fuss and will result in shared sessions and client variables.
