Bugger!! I think I may have figured it out...there is a site-wide error handler in place that may be messing with the try/catch *insert my red face here*. I'll check into it....but in the meantime if anyone sees a problem with my code...feel free to enlighten me ;-)
Cheers Well the one thing I noticed is that you have output="false" on the function, this blocks all output, even cfdumps.
