I did ask the developer to get a copy of the databaase directly from the
host, and what I got back was another script.
It said at the top it was created by SQLyog.
It also had errors.

Try SQLyog at http://www.webyog.com/sqlyog/buysqlyog.html. They have a free
version you can try. It is easy to move a db between host with SQLyog. You
just right click on the db to move/copy and select "Copy Database to
Differenct Host/DB...". It works wonderfully!
