Definately not timing out, since the output text file claiming access is denied gets generated immediately after trying to run the task.
I have tried the usernames and passwords of all of my accounts, and confirmed that the accounts are valid in the server administrator. I have gone to the directory where the tasks are located and verified that those accounts have read, write and execute permissions for the files in that directory. If I bring up the cfm page in my browser the page runs fine and generates the response I want (an email in these cases).
