It looks to me like there is a possible corruption in the mail and the mail client you are using (I'm assuming CFPOP) isn't coping with that particular corruption particularly well. The content of the mail appears to still be in its printable-encoded format as given away by all the =C3=A5 type entries. If you are running on Windows, you could take a look at my tag CFX_POP3 as an alternative to CFPOP.
