I have somewhere between 30 and 40 small to medium sized client sites on HostMySite shared servers, some on their "Linux" side (SmarterLinux) as well. Compared to hosting anywhere I've had before, their support is great and I've had very few problem over the last three or four years. And yes, I *do* make weird demands at 3:27AM and they're always taken care of promptly and courteously.
