I build CMS's into almost every site I build, so that's familiar to me. I was just wondering why a government "expert" study group would recommend wiki's instead of a more controlled CMS.
They even state in the article that overseers of the site would have to monitor and correct false and maliciously entered content. Frankly, wiki's sound like an idiotic idea for managing government information that has an extreme need to be reliable (or anywhere, for that matter...I couldn't and still can't quite see how the wiki idea is a good one...) Just trying to see if there's something I'm missing in the concept...
