Hmmm... going from http://www.mysql.com/company/legal/licensing/ to the license detail pages, all I could find was, if your software is not GPL Licensed and free, you have to pay for MySQL. Although I don't use MySQL myself, I have friends who use it, so the information still is interesting to me. I submitted a question about this "which license for web application use" scenario via their web site, they should know.
