I use Win2K Server for development at home, though lately I'm putting more thought into buying a newer WinXP laptop (which I can't afford at the moment) and installing CF on it with apache. (Getting tired of IIS headaches I guess -- figured I'd try a new variety of headache. :) Actually it has a lot to do with the fact that I can run multiple virtual hosts on Apache without needing to install a server version of Windows. Not that I mind running server at all, but it's easier to buy laptops with WinXP preinstalled on them.
