I'm doing some string replacement that is painful in XSLT 1.0, but
easier in XSLT 2.0 and it got me wondering:

1. Is XSLT 2.0 "official"? From W3C, it appears to be a
recommendation, but I'm never sure how to read these things.
2. If the answer to #1 is yes, does XMLTransform() support XSLT 2.0?

I can't seem to find anything that definitively states the XSLT
version(s) supported by XMLTransform().

I have it working the [more] painful way, but curiosity leads me to ask anyway.

Thanks for any input.
