Me too. I just put it down to a hiccup on my system - i'm having some other unrelated issues with it and was going to rebuild my machine in the next few weeks, so i just put up with the issue until then.
I'm watching this thread closely now - maybe my issue will go away if/when we find a solution to David's problem.
