I have downloaded several .zip files of various plugins for Eclipse (such as Flex 2 SDK, JavaScript Editor, CSS Editor, etc. etc.) but I can't figure out how to install them in Eclipse so that I can open up a new perspective (JavaScript or CSS perspective for example).
Can anyone tell me how to use third party plugins with Eclipse?
