Actually thats not correct.  This came up here several months ago. The first 
version we heard (or rather someone heard from their phone staff) was the 
'clarification' version.  When that caused an uproar here -- they were shown to 
be on record in many places acknowledging and even touting that the free 
product could be used in commercial deployment -- they came out and said up 
front it was a deliberate change.

Which is fine, although Ken's points are solid ones.  I hope it works out well 
for them.
