if I were you, I'd look into VivioTech - their dedicated prices are fantastic. I've had my dedicated server with them for over a year now and have been very happy. They provide CentOS so you won't have any problems at all. Anything that runs on Redhat Enterprise Linux will run exactly the same on CentOS.
