There's a CFAvery custom tag laying around somewhere that does just this. I haven't use it in a long time, but it rocked when I needed it.
No CSS hacks, no page breaks, just plug in an Avery label number, and blammo! Instant labels. Actually, it's called CF_AveryRTF now.
