I also have CF-5 installers for Linux and Windows prepared for backup purposes. I don't know if I can mail it to you, it's a huge chunk. Also, I'm not very sure about the EULA of CF5. If I am right, it will only install if you have a serial number, so I don't think there's no developer mode to it. But just email me, and I'll try and send the stuff to you...
