Are you sure it's running the contents of that case statement? Because if it is, it should either write a file or generate an error message. Since you have the MAKEUNIQUE attribute of CFFILE set, are you sure that it's not writing a file with a different name? If you have it display something in the page, in lieu of writing the file, do you see anything? Is there a reason you're using the MODE attribute of CFFILE? That's only used on Unix.
