I remember trying it out briefly, and it wasn't anything you couldn't
recreate (and better) today with a copy of the WTP (Web Tools Platform)
version of Eclipse and the CFEclipse plug-in.

First, grab the WTP version of Eclipse:
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/
You want either the 1.5 or 1.0.3 release (I'll explain why you might
choose one vs. the other below) - look for the "all in one" build.

And CFEclipse here:
http://www.cfeclipse.org/

If you need/want RDS support, Adobe has created an Eclipse plug-in that
offers it. Currently it only supports Eclipse 3.1.x, so get the 1.0.3
release of WTP (which is based on Eclipse 3.1), and then grab the
"ColdFusion Extensions for Flex Builder 2" here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/

Flex Builder is Eclipse based, so the plug-ins work fine on a plain
Eclipse install. If you don't need RDS, then get the 1.5.x version of
WTP, which is based on Eclipse 3.2.

Lastly, if you happen to need/want WYSIWYG HTML editing, try the Aptana
(www.aptana.com) plug-in, which has this. I'm not a big fan myself, but
figured I would mention it.
