I've never used either of them. As someone else stated (maybe in a different thread?), the problem with these questions is that most of us have only use a handful of hosts. Personally, my main deciding factor for a hosting company is whether or not they offer Linux hosting. That automatically throws out 90% of the ColdFusion hosts on the market. However, I've tried most of the Linux hosts, and of those I liked HostMySite for shared hosting, and Vivio for VPS (because it's cheaper than HMS). Oh, and one annoying thing about HMS, I left them a few months ago (I was happy with the service, but Vivio's VPS is the same price as HMS's cheapest shared account), and since then they keep spamming me with messages asking if I want to reinstate my account with them.
