Currently we own all of our own servers. I don't know all of our architecture, but I know we've got in the neighborhood of 10+ boxes (web servers, firewalls, routers, mail servers, etc) all in our own rack at our local high-end datacenter.

Is it really worth the worries of maximizing every square inch of processing power a box may have vs. breaking this up and putting MAX 50 sites on a box, paying slightly more ($12/month per site) but with less issues?
