Yeah...their firewall could be an issue...or perhaps they've accidentally blocked the site...but this is happening on both computers that run on their internal network...(it's a really big business!) And where would I find a host file on a Win XP machine? You could put this in the host file of one of the machines that cannot access it. 66.79.46.138 www.huntdsp.com Save the file and open a fresh browser and try to access www.huntdsp.com (don't forget the www) If they can get there with that, then it is most likely a DNS problem and you know where to start. If they CAN'T get there with that, then it's time to start checking their firewall and the server's firewall. ....:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:. The sites been up for years...can't figure out why they can't access it. Thanks for suggestions on the possible solutions. How would I check for a cached copy of DNS or errant host file entry? I can access it. Is the domain new? The name servers may not have propagated. They could be on a LAN with a cashed copy of DNS, or they could have an errant host file entry... ~Brad ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:261486 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
