Yeah...their firewall could be an issue...or perhaps they've accidentally
blocked the site...but this is happening on both computers that run on
their internal network...(it's a really big business!)

And where would I find a host file on a Win XP machine?

You could put this in the host file of one of the machines that cannot
access it.

66.79.46.138 www.huntdsp.com

Save the file and open a fresh browser and try to access www.huntdsp.com
(don't forget the www)

If they can get there with that, then it is most likely a DNS problem and
you know where to start.

If they CAN'T get there with that, then it's time to start checking their
firewall and the server's firewall.

The sites been up for years...can't figure out why they can't access it.
Thanks for suggestions on the possible solutions.

How would I check for a cached copy of DNS or errant host file entry?

 I can access it.  Is the domain new?  The name servers may not have
propagated.  They could be on a LAN with a cashed copy of DNS, or they
could have an errant host file entry...
