I'll throw out my vote for Aqua Data Studio.  It is especially good if 
you have multiple database engines that you manage (SQL Server, MySQL, 
Postgres, etc), and want a fairly consistent interface to deal with all 
of them.  It has a very nice dump feature, which allows you to dump 
table definitions and data from one database type into a format that can 
be imported into another database type with little modification (I use 
this with a system that I run on both MS-SQL and MySQL).  The newest 
version also has a schema diff tool, which can be very handy.  They are 
changing their licensing, though...so if you think you might want it, 
get it before the end of the year.
