I'll throw out my vote for Aqua Data Studio. It is especially good if you have multiple database engines that you manage (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, etc), and want a fairly consistent interface to deal with all of them. It has a very nice dump feature, which allows you to dump table definitions and data from one database type into a format that can be imported into another database type with little modification (I use this with a system that I run on both MS-SQL and MySQL). The newest version also has a schema diff tool, which can be very handy. They are changing their licensing, though...so if you think you might want it, get it before the end of the year.
