Doesn't bother me either way, but if you're going to include them, you 
shouldn't make such an issue out of them.
"All (Non-Adult Themed)" immediately makes one go 'huh?' and then selecting the 
drop down and "Adult or Mature Themed (18 years or older required to view") 
instantly jumps out, with it being three times longer than any others.

Actually, if pushed, I'd argue for scrapping the 'adult' category, and putting 
them wherever they belong, (eg: LoveHoney is an e-commerce site), and simply 
display a warning icon next to the entries for any 'adult' sites and a suitable 
description.
