Can you email to other domains? Eg can you set up a hotmail account and send to there?
I've had the same problem when trying to send to a particular domain. I called the hosting company of the domain in question and eventually found out that my emails were blocked because the reverse dns for the domain I was sending from was not set up. If you can send to most other domains then this might be the problem.
