Aside from per CPU licensing, the only other alternative is per MHz correct?

In the case of Oracle, we found that per CPU was actually cheaper than 
Oracles "power units" by almost 13,000 CDN!

DB Software is hot these days, and no matter which licensing agreement they 
have, it's going to be a rip off : )
